We aim to ship every order within 3 business days after payment is cleared.
All orders are shipped from Sweden using Priority Mail. Since we ship worldwide it’s not easy to estimate exactly how long shipping will take but once shipped – you can expect 3-5 business days within Europe and 7-21 days outside Europe. Shipping cost depends on two things, total weight on order and shippingaddress. You can see your estimated shipping cost from “Cart” page.
All orders are to be paid in advance by Paypal pay-service or Direct money transfer. For our customers in Sweden Klarna Payment is available.
Our store is located in Sweden and we charge 25% VAT (Sales Tax) within the European Union.
Orders going outside the European Union will be sold tax-free, but your country’s customs might charge you import fees. In our experience smaller orders (up to $30 + shipping) very rarely get taxed but every country has different procedures.
We do not store your personal information other then what is needed in the orderform you fill out. All information we have is not shared by anyone else. We don’t store any credit card info – actually we have nothing to do with credit card info at all as they are fully handled by external payment services. For any problem please contact each service support.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the merch you bought you are welcome to return it for a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase before returning anything. In case we did something wrong (wrong measurements, item not matching the product picture, or simply a faulty product etc…) we will reimburse you for the return shipping also.
If the products does not live up to our high standards (or your expectations) we would truly appreciate feedback about it! If you encounter any problems at all we’ll be happy to send you a full refund or a new product (in case we don’t have the product in stock anymore We might suggest refund a similar product for replacement.

If you change your mind after you’ve placed your order – or simply want to do changes in your current order, please contact us immediately and we’ll work this out in the best possible way.
